AUCKLAND, Tuesday. While killing a shark with gelignite off Great Mercury Island, a fisherman, George Mazurin, aged 23 years, single, sustained serious injuries as a relult of a premature explosion, his right hand being blown off and the L arm shattered, .while he also received injuries to his head. He is now in the Coromandel hospital and his ccndi- " tion is said to be improving.
