MELBOURNE, Tuesday. Mr. $. M. Bruce, in a speech at the Chamber of Commerce, said: "I think we can look with copfidehce to the future. If we steel ourselves a little while longer, I believe we will get out of our troubles rather sooner than many people to-day suppose."
