CONCLUDED ON SATURDAY WHAKATANE, Saturday. The Bay of Plenty Winter Show concluded this evening after four days. The weather was perfect and the attendance very large. In the afternoon, a procession was held and left no doubt as to being the best so far witnessed in Whakatane. The results were: Baby Car, Miss Shaw; Decorated Car, Mrs. Cutler; Poster Decoration, "Brownies" 1, Mrs. Penny 2; Comie Vehicle, Armstrong & Co., Ltd. (Blizzard ' Myth) 1, Scouts (Fire Brigade) 2;' Tradesman's Display, S. Shapley 1, A. Piggales 2. M. Penny was awarded a special prize for his Sydney Bridge.
