LONDON, Wednesday. "It is impossible to treat seriously Mr. de Yalera's suggestion to barter for the inclusion of Ulster," . said Sir E. Carson in an interview. "Ulster is not now, and never was, for sale on any terms." Lord Craigavon similarly insisted there would be no change in Ulster's determination to remain an integral part of the United Kingdom. This determination is strengthened by the oassage of the years. "I cannot see Ulster changing her view at any ;ime," he said.
