VISITING MISSIONARY

• A special series of meetings will be conducted in and around Rotorua during the coming week-end and following days by Commandant Newton, of the Salvation Army. On Sunday the commandant will conduct meetings at the Salvation Army Hall in Arawa Street, at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m., and will also address a meeting in the Ngongotaha Hall at 2.30 p.m. On Monday evening at 7.30 p.m., he will give a travel talk on the twelve countries he has visited, and admission will he by silver coin. The commandant will conclude the series on Wednesday at 2.30 p.m., when he will address a ladies' meeting on the subI ject of "Women of China." Commandant Newton has had ten years' missionary experience in China.
