Classification of Wind
The wind as registered at the Government meteorological station in the Sanatorium Grounds at nine o'clock this morning, was classified as a fresh breeze. Later in the morning, however, it increased in f orce slightly and was strong enough to blow over several of the garden seats in the Government Grounds. •" :r,
