AUCKLAND1, Wednesday. This morning James Henry Edwards appeared in the Poliee Court on a charge of inciting lawlessness on April 14 and participating in a riot. He was remanded till June 9. Bail was fixed at £250. The Magistrate, Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., made it a condition of the bail that accused take no part in public meetings or demonstrations and report daily to the police.
