DUBLIN, Tuesday. Mr. de Valera informed the Dail that the Ottawa deputation would depart on July 8. Mr. Cosgrave asked why Mr. de Valera was not going, but received no reply. Mr. Desmond Fitzgerald said there was every indication that the Free State could do no business at Ottawa. Mr. Jaspar Wolf sought an assuranee th'at the delegation would not get the order of the boot.
