BRITISH GOVERNMENT'S PLANS
RUGBY, Wednesday. Answering questions regarding the Ottawa Conference, Mr. J. H. Thomas, Secretary of State for the Dominions, Said the agenda- was under discussion between the Governments concerned. He did not propose including civil aviation in the agenda, as that subject had been very fully discussed at the Imiperial Conference two years ago; but various aspects of it would be raised with the individual Govern-. ments represented.
