RUGBY, Tuesday. To-day marks the opening of a crowded week of sports and social activities, including the Epsom meeting with the race for the Derby on Wednesday and the celebration .of the King's Birthday at the end of the week with the trooping of the colours on the Horse Guards parade on Saturday.
