Rec. May 31, 7.30 p.m. SYDNEY, Tuesday. Detectives inquiring into the tin hare scandal, advise the Government that a Royal Commission is impera- . tive to probe the granting of new permits to four greyhound eoursing clubs in Sydney, Albury and Broken Hill. The detectives say that they have startling declarations concerning the passing of the legislation to restore greyhound eoursing.
