(Press. Assn.-

i - FINAL SEVERANCE OF ZUYDER ZEE FROM SEA

— By Telegraph — Copyright).

LONDON, Tuesday. The Times' Hague correspondent says that with the completion of the 18-mile dyke between North Holland and Friesland, the Zuyder Zee has been severed from the North Sea. The work has taken nearly twelve years. One-tenth of the reclaimed land is already drained and cultivated.
