NEW YORK, Monday. The New York Times' Washington :orrespondent states that the resigndion of Dr. Bruening's Cabinet at lerlin to-day, is regarded as a great lomplication of Mr. Ramsay MacDonald's proposal that the Lausanne Conference should be converted into >ne of world trade. : In the absence of communicationss -I'om Mr. Andrew Mellon, American imbassador, no administration statenent has been issued, and officials lecline to comment directly. How'ver, there appears to be a prospect ;hat the United States will partici?ate in such a conference if the pro:er safeguards are forthcoming. 1 At "the same time it is realised that : e Government is keenly interested d seeing European Governments setre their^ own problems satisf actorily. teanwhile, it is reiterated that the government has no intention of j oinag in the debt conference, being inistent on lceeping a free hand in uch matters.
