BERLIN, Tuesday. Dr. Bruening told the President that he wanted a long rest, which is interpreted to mean that he wishes to be exeluded from the Cabinet negotiations. The President (Marshal Hindenburg) has begun consultations with the other party leaders in the Reichstag. GENEVA, Tuesday. Dr. Bruening's resignation has eaused consternation on account of its probable effects on the Lausanne Disarmament Conference.
