Rec. May 24, 11.35 p.m. CALCUTTA, Tuesday. The Indian National Congress is threatening a revival of the campaign of incitement in'the United Provinces of the peasailts liot to pay rent to -landlords. The police have accordingly banned the Allabahad confereii'ce.
