SEANISH POLICE FRUSTRATE OUTRAGES ON LARGE SCALE

LONDON, Sunday. The Times' Madrid correspondent states that the police appear to have frustrated large scale Anarchist' outrages including the assassination of the Premier and the Minister of the Interior, which was plan'ned for May 29. They discovered a quarter, of a ton of dynamite in Madrid. High explosives labelled "first class olives" were seized at Seville.
