Rec. May 22, 11 p.m. CALCUTTA, Sunday. Apart from isolated attacks and exeitement over the round-up of hundreds of riot suspects, conditiohs are normal again in Bombay, after seven days of hiurder and looting. The castialties total 146 dead and 1657 injured. Many stre-ets in the Moslem and Hindu quarters are still littered with debris from the looting, but confidence has been restored. Maiiy of the 10,000 citizens who fled from the city are fcturning.
