MR LANG ADDRESSES LABOUR CAUCUS CRITICISES STATE GOVERNOR

Rec. May 17, 11.15 p.m. SYDNEY, Tuesday. The ex-Premier, Mr. J. T. Lang, has broken his silence. He addressed a Labour caucus to-day and reviewed events leading up to his dismissal. He criticised the Governor, Sir Philip Game, and declared that if his Excellency acted constitutionally in dismissing him, he would be acting unconstitutionally if he granted supply after the end of May "with out P'arliamentary approval.
