Rec. M&y 15, 12.20 a.m. SYDNEY, Sunday. The new State Premier, Mr. B. S. Stevensr, announced to-ttight that arrangements had been made for all Government departments to work on a iiormal basis from to-morrow. The outstandihg payments for social services and for superannuation, amounting tb bundreds of thousands of pounds, would be paid forthwith, and all moneys beld by the Treasury in accordance with Mr. Lang's instructions would be returned to the bank and normal bankihg facilities would be .restored. V He had assured the Federal Prime Minister (Mr. J. A. Lyons) that he would adhere to the Premier's plan faithfuily and the Prime Minister had uhdertaken at once to suspend the enforcement of the proclamations against the State. The new Cabinet would he announced to-morrow and the election would be held as soon as possible.
