Rec. May 13, 11.35 p.m. SYDNEY, Friday. It is expected that Parliament will he called together on Tuesday, when the new Premier, Mr. B. S. B. Stevens, will announce that he has been commissioned to form a Ministry while .Mr. Lang will announce that his commission has been recalled. Parliament will then be immediately prorogued and writs will be issued for the elections, which will probably be held On June 11. It was stat'ed to-night that the Governor has not yet given assent to the Mortgage Taxation Bill. Whether, he will do so is a matter for conjecture,
