— By Telegr'aph — Copyright).

Rec. May 13, 8.20 p.m. NEW YORK, Thursday. A message from Newark, New Jersey, states that Lou Reichers, a young New York speed pilot, decided at 11.5 on Thursday on a two halt flight to Paris, where he hopes to land within 17 hours. He is refueling in Newfoundland and at Baldonnell field, Dublin. He is flying the monoplane Liberty, which has a cruising speed of 200 miles an hour, and hopes to maintain nearly top speed, and that it will be possible to halve Colonel Lindbergh's time. Reichers is carrying 501bs of merchandise to prove the practicability of the "pony express." He has also a number of letters, including one from Mrs Hargrave (Alice in Wonderland) to her 18-year-old granddaughter in England.
