SYDNEY, Wednesday. The sensational statements made by Mr. W. H. Childs, State Police Commissioner, regarding the alleged plot by the New Guard to abduct Ministers of the Crown and incarcerate theni at Berrima gaol are utterly without foundation, stated Colonel Eric Canlpbell. "No such plot was even cpntemplated, and I defy him or anyone else to prove the contrary. Sucb an idea is absolutely foreign to our policy and principles."
