HITLER'S PLAN TO RESTORE PROSPERITY TO GERMANY RECLAMATION OF LAND

Rec. iVLay 11, 7.10 p.m. BERLIN, Wednesday. Herr Strasser in the Riechstag unfolded Herr Hitler's plan for the restoration of prosperity. He urged that wages should be given, instead of relief, to 1,000,000 unemployed for five years, for the purpose bf-'the reclamation of waterlogged and otherwise barren land, enabling the establishment of half a million new farms. These could be made remunerative he said, by heavier import duties making Germany independent of foreign produce.
