OPERATION FOR EYE TROUBLE EXAMINED BY SPECIALISTS
RUGBY, Monday. The Prime Minister, who returned from Geneva on Sunday, was subjected to a thorough examination by Sir Thomas Horder and his oculist, Mr. W, S. Duke-Elder. . A further consultation will take place as to the best course in the treatment of Mr. MacDonald's right eye. A third opinion may he invited. A later message stated that an operation is- to be performed.
