Rec. May 3, 10.30 p.m. LONDON, Tuesday. The President of the Dail, Mr. de Valera, will shortly introduce legislation rep ealing the enactment under which offieers employed as local authorities are required to subscribe to the declaration of allegiance to the Constitution.
