The amendments affeot the proposals for the reduetion of rent and interest and are designed to remove anopialies whibh haVe bben hrought under the notice of the Gbfernment since the Bill Was firsit brought down; To-day the Prime Mirii'ster, the Rt. Hon. G. W. Forhes, claimed urgency for the pasSage of the remaini'ng stages of the Bill and there will b'e a long sittirig. before the House finally assents to the measufe.
