CROWN TAKES ACTION TO ESTABLISH FACT OFFICIALLY FIFTEEN MEN CHARGED AUCKLAND, Thursday. Action hy the Crown officially to estahlish the oceurrence of a riot in Queen Street on the evening of April 14, was commenced in the Police Court this afternoon before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., when 15 men were eharged with taking part in a riot with Jaxxies Henry Edwards and other persons. The hearing was adjourned.
