Miss K. Ormond, of Hawke's Bay, is spending a golfing holiday in Rotorua and is staying at'Princes Gate. Mrs. Challis and her daughter, Miss Gwen Challis, have returned to their home in Auckland after an exteiided holiday in Rotorua. Miss Muriel Cooney and Miss Cora Moore spent the week-end in Hamilton. Miss Jean Pearce has returned after a short visit to Hamilton, where she was the guests of Miss Margaret Clayton-Greene. Miss D, Corlett, who has been ahsent from Rotorua for several months, is spending a few days with Mrs. F. C. Bunyard, of Amohau Street. Miss L. Dannefaerd, of Arawa St., has been appointed secretary of the Rotorua Ladies' Golf Club. " Mrs. M. Laxon afid Miss E. Dunster, of Auckland, are among those staying at The Bungalow. Mrs. I. Garrard, of Cambridge, is paying a visit to Rotorua and is theguest of Mrs. Marshall, of Seddon Street. Mrs. L. J. Bayfeild spent the. weekend at Okoroire.
