OHAUPO HORSE FAIR
The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, Hamiltoh, report that at their Ohaupo hofse fair held on Friday, a feature of the entry, which consisted of just under 100 draughts and 40 hacks, was the high standard of quality, practieally all the draughts being good and reliable horses sold with trial. Competition was.frpe and gopd draughts realised from £i8 to £25; average sorts, £12 to £17 10s; lighter, £6 10s to £10 10s; average hacks, £3 10s to £5 -2s 6d; others made Up to £3 10s.
