(Press. Assn. —
INVIDIOUS DISTINCTION BETWEEN DOMINIONS AND COLONIES
■By Telegraph— Copyrlght).
Rec. April 21. 10.35 p.m. LONDON, Thursday. The Morning Post commenting on the sugar relief presumes that the provisions under which' Queensland and Natal will he at a disadvantage compared with the West Indies and Maurities, will be only temporary pending the "grand inquest" at Ottawa. If so, it was regrettable that Mr. Chamberlain did not say so, and thus avoid the impression that a new and invidious departure in policy was intended. The position of Queensland and Natal was hardly less serious than that of Mauritius and the West Indies the paper eoncluded.
