WELLINGTON, Tuesday. [ • Holding that the service stations came within the meaning of "motor garage," Mr. E. Page, S.M., to-day dismissed an information against John Buckleton, of working at his calling in a public place on Sunday. Buckleton, who is director of the British International Oil Company, drove a tank waggon from the bulk stores and replenished the supplies at the company' s service station on the Hutt Roard. He did not regard this as a work of necessity, but the Act expessly exeluded persons employed in a garage. Mr. Page held that Buckleton was entitled to renew the petrol supply.
