TEXT OF LAND ANNUITIES AGREEMENT MADE PUBLIC DEFINITE AND BINDING

LONDON, Monday. A White Paper has been issued, rliicli* for the first time gives the :ext- of the Anglo-Free State finan:ial agreement relating to land anmities. The signatories are Mr. John Wallir Hills, for Britain, and Mr. W. T. losgrave, for the Free State. The present publication is a sequel 0 Mr. de Valera's statement that the ■ree State was not aware of any ormal and explicit undertaking in espect to the payments. The agreement contains the Free itate's Government's undertaking to ay the annuities at agreed intervals, ccepting the responsibility for their ollection from the tenant purehasis. Other sections deal with outstand"g financial questions hetween the to Covernments, including the Roy1 Irisli Constabulary pensions, and ae liabilities for losses in the Irish lebellion of Easter 1916. ■■■!■■ ■ 1 "
