The signatories are Mr. John Wallir Hills, for Britain, and Mr. W. T. losgrave, for the Free State. The agreement contains the Free itate's Government's undertaking to ay the annuities at agreed intervals, ccepting the responsibility for their ollection from the tenant purehasis.
