ASSOCIATION'S FINAL MEETING FOR SEASON SMALL PROFIT FROM DANCE The fortnightly meeting of the Rotoi-ua Criclcet Association was held in Mr. Musgrave's rooms last evening, Mr. H. L. Musgrave occupying the chair. Apologies for absence were reeeived from Messrs. L. Clark and J. Burton. The secretary reported that the social and dance showed a credit balance of £1 19s ld. His balance sheet was adopted without comment. The secretary reported that the Williams' Cup was in the care of Mr. J. Higgins. The secretary was instructed to write thanking Mr. J. Higgins for a donation of one guinea toward the association's funds. Results of games were reported as follows: — High School 3, v. Albion, 1. Ngongotaha, 4 v. Old Boys, 0. Ngongotaha, 4 v. City, 0. The High School were officially recorded as runners-up in the McLean Cup competition, while Ngongotaha were recorded as winners of the knock-out competition. The secretary was instructed to write thanking the Auckland City and Suburban Association for the fine games played at Easter, and for their offer of a return match in Auckland. Accounts amounting to £1 17s were passed for payment. Mr. Musgrave reported that all affiliation fees had been paid. The chairman was authorised to purchase a new mat for the beginning of the 1932-33 season. The secretary undertook to notify club secretaries of the date of the committee meeting prior to the annual general meeting and was instructed to prepare the annual report.
