HUGE ISSUES OF DEBENTURES BY KREUGER'S COMPANIES

Rec. April 17, 5 p.m. STOCKHOLM, Saturday. The police have arrested three directors who are charged with the falsification of the balahce sheet and the profit and loss account in connection with the Kreager companies affairs. It is revealed that since 1928, the Kreuger-Toll Company has issued share debentures exceeding £50,000,000, the Swedish Match Company, debentures for nearly £25,000,000, and the International Match Corporation debentures for over £20,000,000.
