CROQUET AFTERNOON
PROGRESSIVE COMPETITION Progressive croquet was played on the lawns on Thursday afternoon, where there was a pleasing number of members and visiting ladies present. Play continued until 4 p.m., when afternoon tea was partaken of, after which the president Mrs. Blencowe, presented the prizes won, as follows: — A grade : Mrs. Blencowe, first prize ; Mrs. Thomson, second; B grade : Mrs. Healey, first prize ; Mrs. MacKelvie, second.
