/ SAN FRANCISCO, Friday.; The Hooper Mbdical Fohndation of the University of Cfilifornia reported to-day that PKar Lap died of eolic or acute indigestion. The condition, the repoi't said, probably resulted from the fermentaiidri of food in his stomach, causing Bloatirig and distention of musclefe of the heart and stopping that organ. A chemicali analysis,. they said; revealed tw6 miligrams oi a deadly poisori in Phar Lap's stomach. ahout the normfil quantity of this poison to he found in the amount of greeri food Phar Lap had eaten and thO pathoiogists said: This amount should have been beneficial.
