Rec. April 14, 5.5 p.m. ST. JOHNS Wednesday. The House of Assembly will reneW the session on April 19. The business will be concluded as early as possible and a dissolution will be asked for and an election held without delay. It was decided at a meeting pf the Government pavty to-day that the Premier, Sir Richard Squires, should lead the party in the election campaign. Sir Wdliam Coaker, Minister without portfolio, the Hon W. W. Hailsyard, Minister of Post and Telegraph and the Hon H. Barnes, Secretary of State, will retire from public life.
