GISBORNE, Monday. A gruesome discovery .was made , by a telegrapfi messenger this- afternoon, when by mistake Iie entered tfie wrong house in one of the main, stretets on the outskirts of the town to de)iver a telegram. • ^..terrible atmosphere pervaded the premjses, and opening the door fie saw the dead body of a man in pyjamas, lying in the passage .death fiaving 'apparently Itaken' place about three weeks previously. • j ^eceased was Robert Marshall, sjingle, °a retireel farmer, '61 years of age.
