WELLINGTON, Friday. The New Zealand Raciiig Conference appeal judges dismissed the appeal of the Rotorua Racing Cluh against .the decisiom of the Auckland Dislrict Committee iri upholding the appeal of Mr. E. H. Cucksey, the owner of tlie horse, Flying Prince, against the decision of the sfewards of the Rotorua Racing Club in dismissirig Mr. Cucksey's pbjection against the horse .Sir Mond being awarded 1$ie first place in the Mokoia Handicap ruri on Fehruary 15. . The judges were of the opinion that the Rotorua stewards had no ajnthorify to feinstate Sir Mond after he had been scratched for the race in question. ' tr ... a'., .
