( Again this week the "Po'st's" Home Reclpe Coitipetftion has attracted a large number of entries; some of them very good and most practical, and some of them rather elaborate. One or two of the entries suggest that some ladies have overlooked the fact that "home" recipes are desired, their entries being more suitable for a hotel, and rather ari experisive orie at thet: This week's prize has beep awarde'd tb Mrs. S. Her entry also has the advaniage that ihstructiohs for preparihg the maih dish are included. For next week we propos'e "quince recipes. QuinCes are now irt seasori and there are numbers of ways of which they can be used to make an attMctive addition to the menu. Enclosing her entry, one' lady writes: "I must say that I've enjoyed reriding the cooking recipes of other ladies. I think your efforts to promote interest iri cooking are splendid.-
