REBEKAH LODGE

installation of officers for whakatane i.o.o.f. . SOCIAL EVENING. . The installation of officers of the Bonnie Doone Rebekah Lodge No. 72 Was held in the Matsonic Hall, Whakatane, on Monday, April 4. The gathering was Well attehded, the following lodges being represerited — Princess Mary Rebekah and Opotiki Lodges, Dof othy Rebekah and - Taneatua Lodges, Rangi Rebekah and Geyser Lodges, Rotorua, and Centenary Lodge. The installing team consisted of Sister Webb, L.D.D.G.M.; assisted by Sisters Johnston, Gorden, Greenhalgh, Shepherd ahd Day. The officers of Bonnie Doone were installed as follows: — Junior Past Grand, Sister Butler; Noble Grand, Sister McTavish;' Vice-Gr&nd, Sister Back; F. Secretary, Sister Hume; Rec. Secretary, Sister Jones; Treasure'r, Sister Wood; Warden, Sister Mclsaac; Conductor, Sister Norman; Chaplhin, Sister Clarke; Right Supporter, N.G., Sister Hume; Left Supporter, Sister Franks; Right Supporter, V.G., Sjster Green; Left Supporter, Sister Wiisori; I.G., Sister Cartwright; O.G. Sister Wetherall. Congratulations and fraternal greetings were extended from all the lodgbs represented. The remainder of the evening was sp'ent in dancing and games. Sister Hume sang a solo, which was well reeeived. After partaking of supper, a very pleasant evening was concluded by the singing of "Auld Lang Syne."
