ORANGE PUDDING.
. , Ingredients. — Twq cups breadcruipbs, 1 pint milk, 3 eggs, 3 tablespoqns sugar, 2 large oranges, oz blanched alnionds, 2 tabelsppons butter. Method.- — Heat the milk and melt the butter in same, add the breadcrpmbs and leave to soak. Beat eggs ahd sugar with juice of one orange, aid to breadcrumbs with chopped aR monds, mixing all well; pour into butterefl pie-dish and bake in a lpoderate oveq. Sauce to serve with above is made with the juicg qf pne orqpge, gvated rind, 4 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of cornflpur, 2 teaspoops sugat, and h pint water. — l\Iiss N. E.
