Rec. Mar. 24, 5.5 p.m'. ' S ' t OTTAWA, Wednesday. It is reported that Mr. Bert Hinkler and Sir HUbert Wilkins are 'considering a project* "fof a Canada-England commercial air service. Sir Hubert Wilkins stated that it was understood' that plans for such an enterprise were under way. However, he declined to confirm or elucidate his connection with them. One of Mr Hinkler's " associates stated that the airman was in Canada, but declined to confirm the reports of the venture.
