Subject to the approval of the Loan Goun'cil, the ' Victorian Government proposes to establish a fund of £7,000,000 to cpyer a tyro year plan fqr the immediate relief of unemployed. The Government desires to abolish i;he snstepance system as far as possible, and in its place wilf pro-pde reproductive work at award wages.
