TRAINED NURSES ASSOCIATION

Miss Searell, vice-president of the Rotorua branch of the Trained Nurses Association, presided over a large and enthusiastic gathering of members last week at the King George V. Hospital. The New Zealand Director of Nursing, Miss Lambie, of Wellington, gave an interesting address upon the activities of the association in New Zealand and stated that trained nurses received a great deal of benefit from the association. Tea was served later on in the afternoon. Those present included Miss Thomson, Miss Andrews, Miss Mitchell, Miss Harris, Miss Mactier, Miss .Gordon, Miss Stanton, Miss Quigley, Miss Moon, "Miss Petersen, Miss Wilkinson, Miss Fergusson, Miss Mellat, Miss Brown, and Miss Gould.
