WELLINGTON, Tuesday. A caucus of the Coalition parties was held at Parliament House to-day,, the proceedings lasting for about an hour and a-half. The Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. G. W.' Forbes, stated subsequently that he had nothing to announce." A general discussion had taken place on the Government's progranime and an explanation had been given of the legislation which is being introduced. Mr. Forbes stated that amongst the matters ventilated was the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Bill before the House.
