The first progress result in the Preidential election flattered Herr Hitjr, Nazi leader, who was given 321 otes against Marshal Hindenburg's [2 by the 345 electors in a tiny villag'e i Franconia, which is a Hitlerite h-onghold, while the, oceupants of the avarian village of Tramfzell, where iarshal Hindenburg spends his yearjr holiday, also favoured Hitler by 28 votes to 157.
