The Australian Lawn Tennis Association has informed the New Zealand Association that it is impossible for the Davis Cup team to play exhibition matehes in Auckland in March as the team will not leave Sydney until March 31. The New Zealand Association had asked whether arrangements could be made for exhibition matehes for one day at Auckland.
