Dr. and Mrs. S. H. Hay, of Fenton Street, left for Auckland during the week-end to attend the medical eonf 6Y6HC6 Dr. and Mrs. W. S. Wallis, of Pukaki Street, and Dr. and Mrs. L. A. Lewis, of King George V. Hospital, are at present in Auckland for the medical conference. Miss J. Buddle, of Marguerita Street, Rotorua, left on Tuesday to take up her studies at the Dunedin University. Mrs. J. Allen, of Sophia Street, Rotorua, left . last Thursday for an extended holiday at Ohope Beach. Miss Mary Bertram, of Ranolf Street, Rotorua, left on Saturday for Auckland, where she will attend the Auckland University.
