Four pounds green apples, 21b raisins, 21b currants, 11b suet, Ub candied lemon peel, Mb almonds, 1 fresh lemon, 21b sugar, 1 nutmeg, 1 packet spice, 1 wineglass brandy to each pot of mincemeat. Chop all ingredients very fine.
